Established in 2011, Luxia is a luxurious, top rated nail salon. Located in beautiful Charleston, SC, Luxia is known for providing top notch customer care, high quality products & services, and outstanding sanitation practices.

Luxia spares no expense when it comes to your health and safety, and believes in extending beyond State Board requirements. Our state-of-the-art air systems remove vapors and dust at their very source. Our implements are sanitized with hospital grade disinfectant and UV Sterilized. We clean each pedicure station immediately after use and provide new disposable liners for each client. Our pedicure chairs host a Pipeless Whirlpool System which is the latest in sanitary technology. Rest assured, your safety is our top priority.

Luxia offers a wide variety of top products for your selection, and a long list of services for every occasion. We promise to leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and renewed.

Tardiness

To remain courteous of others, please arrive on time for scheduled appointments. Luxia will allow a 5 minute window past your scheduled time before moving on to the next client. 


Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. We recommend that you make reservations well in advance so that your desired time can be reserved.

Group Parties

(10 or more guests)

To stay on schedule, all members of your party should arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. All parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance. A name and exact service is required from each person in your group at the time of booking, this allows for a smoother transaction and better accuracy. Please email us at luxianailspa@gmail.com to provide these details.

 

*A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking for group parties. The deposit is nonrefundable for no shows. Cardholder will be held responsible for this charge. There will not be a charge for cancellations given with 24 hours notice.


Gift Certificates

All gift certificate sales are final. Gift certificates are not refundable or exchangeable. Gift certificates should be treated as cash, and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. All gift certificates expire 1 year from the date of purchase. Luxia is not responsible for unauthorized use, lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates. Gift certificates may only be redeemed at the Luxia location from which they are purchased.


Cell Phones, Conversations & Child Supervision

All cell phones should remain on silent and conversations limited while in service areas. We ask that all guests keep voice levels to a minimum as we have created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Children should be supervised at all times, and remain respectful of those receiving services around them. This is your time to relax and rejuvenate!


Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit cards for payment.  Checks are not accepted.


Personal Belongings

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Luxia is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced items.


Medical Conditions

Please inform your nail technician of any medical conditions that may impact your visit. It is also imperative that we are aware of potential contagious conditions on your hands and feet. If such a condition exists, we cannot provide service(s) to you without written consent from your physician. We cannot provide services if open or infected wounds are present. If you have such a condition or think one may exist, please notify of us promptly before the service. 


Services

No refunds will be provided for any service. We offer complimentary minor fixes within 3 days of the service completion, pending manager approval.


Repair

Only full-set nail enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 3 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you notice light chips or lifting in the first 3 days, please call us to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 3 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $4+ each.  Lacquer polish services are not guaranteed.  Please bring your receipt to show proof of services.

Pets

No Pets allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid with a disability are welcome.

“A hidden gem in West Ashley!”

Definitely have found a hidden gem in West Ashley! I drove right by it, looking for a large business looking building- not realizing that it was a house. 

The inside is nicely set up. They have quite the selection of nail polish- regular and gel. I called around 530pm and asked if they had availability for a pedicure, expecting to hear a no since it was close to their closing time of 7pm. I was surprised when they said I could come in at 630! When I arrived, I was offered a beverage of wine, soda or water- greatly appreciated and always a nice touch! While I was getting my pedicure done, they asked me if I was interested in a manicure. I advised them I would be interested in a gel manicure, but only if they had time. They said they did and didn't even seem upset about staying late. I loved that! I felt so welcomed and not rushed at all.

I'll certainly be back! The establishment was clean, they used new tools and I felt comfortable. Win Win in my book.

“Exceeds expectations in customer service.”

We were given a reservation close to closing for a couples pedi. They greeted us nicely when we arrived and had the chairs ready with hot soapy water and cold bottled water to drink. We had no wait and they did a great job on filing and did our cuticles properly unlike most places. She also asked about spots that had been injured like cuts to see if it was sore before just going on and moving over it. Very considerate. The pediroom was very private & had its own flat screen. 

I went back another time & she insisted on fixing 2 nails I'd messed up. Also, offered a huge discount on polish. This place just really exceeds expectations in customer service,  quality, & over all experience.

“Luxia was my first and last stop.”

Coming from New York, and a place i had been going for mani/pedis/waxings for 13 years, I was so nervous about trying to find a new place in Charleston. My first week here, I began the search and it was over pretty quickly because Luxia was my first and last stop. They are very good here, they listen to what i ask (I prefer my nails super short. Lots of people won't do that, but they had no problem). They did a great manicure, great pedicure and their eye brow waxing was on point. I've gone to three different people here and all have been wonderful, so I never worry if someone is out because I know whoever I get will do a great job. They are all personable, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and plan on taking my mom here when she comes own for the summer!

“I would absolutely recommend Luxia.”

It's been a struggle to find a great salon and after reading reviews on here, I decided to give Luxia a try. I'm so happy I did. I went for both the mani and pedi. The foot massage was wonderful & they were so gentle. My mani was great- I couldn't decide what color to pick, so they painted 5 different colors on my one hand so I could see them a little better. I don't know many salons that would do that. They were busy but took the time with you, and conversation was easy. I would absolutely recommend Luxia. It's a cute little house-looking salon. Parking was a little tight, but the service was awesome & deserves 5 stars!

I went to Aysia to get the paraffin pedicure. Hands down, she's the best! She was very detailed and took pride in her craft. This establishment is very clean, and cute. The prices are average also. After reading some of the reviews of course the price is going to be different when adding on . Quit trying to get work done for free! But Thanks ladies and gents!!!😉
